RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Anna’s Fashion Studio, we want you to love your purchase.

We offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached

Returns & Exchanges:

• We do not offer refunds
• Eligible returns will be issued as store credit
• Exchanges are available for a different size or item (based on availability)

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued
• You will receive your store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card

In-Store Returns:

• You may also return eligible items in-store for exchange or store credit

Important:

• All items, including pre-loved pieces, follow the same return policy
